Jacqueline’s Story
PLAISTOW, NH: Jacqueline A. “Jackie” Zanfagna, 25, passed away on October 18, 2014, from an accidental overdose of heroin, after being sober for 11 months.
Born in Newburyport, Mass., on December 11, 1988, and raised in Plaistow, she was the daughter of James A. and Anne Marie (Farley) Zanfagna. After graduating from Timberlane Regional High School, she attended North Shore Community College and the Barbizon Model and Talent Agency of Boston. Jackie did live fashion modeling at several local clothing stores and was one of a select group chosen to attend the International Model and Talent Association Convention in Hollywood. She most recently was employed as a cashier at Staples in Seabrook, N.H.
Jackie was known as a beautiful and loving person, who was devoted to her family and friends. She loved shopping, baking and cake decorating. A kind, young woman full of sparkle and glitter, she enjoyed traveling and visiting all over the United States and Mexico, as well as many of the Caribbean islands. She had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her dog and two cats.
She is survived by her parents, James A. and Anne Marie (Farley) Zanfagna of Plaistow; her sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Michael Addorisio, and their children, Christopher, Sydney and Jessica of Fremont; her maternal grandparents, James and Patricia Farley of Newburyport; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, who will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Dr. Philip and Edna (Hill) Zanfagna.
